Common questions
How do I cancel my membership? +
Go to your dashboard Settings scroll to Billing click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe portal where you can cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
A brand drop product never arrived — what do I do? +
Send us a message using the form above or email contact@linkcaddie.co. Include the drop name and we'll follow up with the brand directly.
Can I change my Instagram handle or follower count? +
Yes — go to My Profile in your dashboard and update your details anytime. Changes are reflected immediately in your profile.
How do I get my handicap index verified? +
Enter your GHIN number in My Profile. We use that to display your handicap index on the leaderboard. If you don't have a GHIN number you can still enter your handicap manually.
