Common questions
How do I cancel my brand membership? +
Go to your dashboard Settings scroll to Billing click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe portal where you can cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Why is my drop or deal still in review? +
We review all drops and deals before making them live to creators — usually within 24 hours. If it's been longer than that, send us a message and we'll take a look.
A creator didn't complete their task — what do I do? +
Send us a message using the form above with the creator's name and the campaign details. We'll follow up and resolve it on our end.
Can I pause my listing without cancelling? +
Yes — go to My Listing in your dashboard and toggle your listing off. Your account stays active and you can turn it back on anytime.
