- Display your creator profile to brands searching our directory
- Send you our weekly newsletter and platform notifications (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With brands on our platform: Your creator profile (name, handle, follower count, niche, bio) is visible to brands with an active listing on LinkCaddie. This is the core function of the platform.
- Service providers: We use Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and Beehiiv for newsletter delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of LinkCaddie and its users.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your membership and delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
