Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LinkCaddie ("the platform," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

LinkCaddie is an online platform that connects golf content creators with affiliate programs and brand partnerships. We provide a directory of affiliate programs, a searchable creator marketplace, and campaign management tools. We are a discovery and connection platform — we are not a party to any agreements made between creators and brands.

3. Account registration

To use LinkCaddie you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real Instagram handle and honest follower count
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

4. Creator memberships

Creator memberships are billed monthly at $9/month. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Brand listings

Brand listings are billed monthly at $49/month. Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their affiliate program information including commission rates and requirements. LinkCaddie does not guarantee results or creator performance. We reserve the right to remove brand listings that violate our guidelines.

6. Creator responsibilities

As a creator on LinkCaddie you agree to:

• Maintain an active, authentic Instagram account
• Provide accurate follower counts and update them regularly
• Fulfill any obligations you commit to when applying for brand campaigns or affiliate programs
• Comply with FTC guidelines and disclose paid partnerships and affiliate relationships in your content
• Not misrepresent your audience, engagement, or content performance to brands

7. Brand responsibilities

As a brand on LinkCaddie you agree to:

• Provide accurate affiliate program information
• Honor the terms of any campaign you post, including delivering promised products to approved creators
• Not use creator contact information for purposes beyond the platform's intended use
• Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not use LinkCaddie to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Circumvent platform features to avoid fees
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract platform data
• Impersonate another person or entity

9. LinkCaddie's role

LinkCaddie is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the actions of creators or brands, the quality of content produced, the terms of affiliate programs, or the outcome of any partnerships formed through the platform. Any disputes between creators and brands are the responsibility of those parties.

10. Intellectual property

The LinkCaddie name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content you create. By adding a profile to LinkCaddie, you grant us a limited licence to display your profile information to other users of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. You may close your account at any time from your Settings page.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkCaddie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
